• Which payment methods are accepted?

  It is possible to pay for orders placed in the Official Moto Guzzi Store by credit card (VISA and Mastercard circuits).
  They are also accepted as digital payment methods:

• Is it safe to buy from the Official Moto Guzzi Store?

  Every transaction on our site takes place in complete security and in full compliance with the latest updates regarding the protection and secrecy of the User's personal payment data. This is possible thanks to integration with Bank of America systems (via the SAP Cybersource certified connector). BofA is an internationally renowned payment service provider with considerable experience in the field of online commerce.
• When is the cost of my order debited?

  The charge is made as soon as the User confirms payment (after acceptance of the Terms&Conditions). BofA verifies the authorisation of the credit card to make the payment. If the card is authorised, the order is correctly registered and the User will receive a confirmation email to the address provided. The list of orders placed can be consulted at any time in the Order Summary section of the Personal Area.
